Follow Up Action

Follow up action

advice

We feedback what to children and young people to keep them informed and involved:

  • A summary of children’s views and recommendations
  • The action that has been planned and taken
  • Any answers from decision-makers and their agreed next steps
  • Plans for more follow up action with decision makers

Sometimes making things change takes a long time. So follow up action can help us:

  • Move from local action, to national or international
  • Link up with other people interested in similar issues
  • Make complaints, or call for inquiries
  • Campaign online and offline
  • Speak about your evidence in committees and answer consultations
  • Look for new opportunities to use the ideas you have gathered
  • Share your evidence on this website

We try to involve more children and young people in these follow up actions
